FIT Camp

Join us for our high energy and fun classes! If you want to work out with a team of awesome people than this option is for you. We cap these classes at 12 so you get the fun of working out with others all while we provide quality coaching, paying attention to form and challenging each person appropriately.

Strength & Power:  Mondays and Thursdays
Strength & Conditioning: Tuesdays and Fridays
Core & Conditioning: Wednesday and Saturdays
Wildcard: Sunday

Radom workouts will yield random results. In a class setting preventing randomness can be hard to do. We spend the time and design our FIT Camps so they’re not random. We will have the same FIT Camps (besides Wildcard) for 3 weeks. This will allow you to learn the movements and hopefully see progress by either going up in weights or doing more reps. After 3 weeks we will take on a few phase of workouts!
