Forward Fitness Turns 11!
Celebrating 11 Years of Strength, Growth, and Community

Eleven years ago on January 6th, 2015, Forward Fitness began with a simple but powerful belief: a gym should be more than a place to work out. It should be a place where people feel supported, challenged, celebrated, and truly connected.
Because of you, that belief has turned into 11 incredible years of progress, perseverance, friendships, and countless wins—both big and small. We are so proud of what this community has built together, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all month long.
The 11-Year Passport Challenge
All of January | Investment: $24.99
Our 11-Year Passport Challenge is designed to celebrate movement, mindset, connection, and FUN. Complete 11 out of 15 challenges by the end of January to finish the passport and get an exclusive 11-year shirt.
The Challenges
- Walk or run 11 miles in one day
Join us on the 11th at Good News Brewing in Defiance, MO at 9 AM (running) or 8 AM (hiking) to get 11 miles on the trails followed by a celebratory drink and food. - Get 11,000 steps for 11 consecutive days
- Hang for 11 minutes total over one week
- Do 11 minutes of mobility work per day for one week
- Write your wellness vision
- Write down 11 reasons you are proud of yourself in your health and fitness journey
- Attend our 11th Anniversary Party
Saturday, January 10 | 11:30 AM–1:00 PM (RSVP here) - Share one of your favorite Forward Fitness memories (with a photo!) on social media using #ForwardFitness
- Write a note of gratitude or encouragement to a Forward Fitness member or coach
- Gift a friend 14 days of classes
(Have them email Suzanne@ForwardFitnessSTL.com to get started) - Take a photo with a coach and post it on social media using #ForwardFitness
- Guess how many pull-ups the Forward Fitness coaches can do in 11 minutes (one cumulative number!)
- Complete the “11s” finisher
- Team Challenge: Complete 11,000 push-ups total across everyone participating
- Attend the Goal Setting Workshop

We’ll provide food and drinks, have attendance prizes, and take time to celebrate the people who make Forward Fitness what it is—you.
