Our Philosophy

We have all started a new diet or training program. For a few weeks it seems that we really have our plan down and then we start to resort back to our old habits. At Forward Fitness we build programs around the constant thought of moving forward with our lives. We may take steps back every now and then, but we will ultimately keep moving forward.

Semi and Group

A huge part of Forward Fitness is helping you make health and fitness a part of your lifestyle. Whether you choose semi-private training or group training we help you develop the tools and motivation to achieve your goals. Want to do a push up? Run a marathon? Set personal records? Olympic lift? Get off medications? Move better? Or just feel better? We are here for you!

One way Forward Fitness will help you reach your goal is through the Functional Movement System. A huge part of success is developing a training program that is right for your body. As Gray Cook MSPT, OCS, CSCS has said many times, “Move Well, Then Move Often!”

Good nutrition is also crucial to getting results. That is why we have a registered dietitian on staff. Don’t worry! She is not here to tell you what you can’t eat. She is here to help you assess your motivation to make changes and set achievable goals that you can maintain.
