There’s been so much stress and change in routine. You may be feeling tired, sluggish, and just off. Maybe you feel your clothes fitting a little tighter?
It’s the perfect time to join our Fresh Start Challenge and create lasting healthy habits that will help you get stronger, feel better, and have more energy!
We are ditching the scale, focusing on creating healthy habits, and using how our clothes fit and how we feel to notice our progress.
What do you get?
- 6 weeks of 2x/wk semi-private personal training + 2x/wk FIT Camps
- Weekly virtual accountability group meetings
- Wellness Journal (PDF) filled with guidance and structure as well as room for daily logging
- Access to a Facebook group with other challengers to provide support, ideas, and motivation
What’s required of you?
- No experience necessary! When you come to the gym, we will show you how to do everything. We’ll even customize to your skill level.
- Commit to a minimum of 4 workouts/week (2 semi-private and 2 FIT Camps)
- Fill out your journal following the recommendations and check in weekly
- Choose jeans (or any other pant- not leggings) that do not button
- Take week 1, 4, 5, and 6 photos in your jeans/pants that you are working to fit into
