Join us for our high energy and fun classes! If you want to work out with a team of awesome people than this option is for you. We cap these classes at 14 so you get the fun of working out with others all while we provide quality coaching, paying attention to form and challenging each person appropriately.
You can expect a mix of strength, power, and stability. We offer a different class each day and keep the same week of classes for 4 weeks. This allows people to learn the movements and see progress either with the weight they are using or reps they are doing.
We may be biased, but our members are awesome! Everyone encourages one another and some even form friendships outside the gym.
