The scale is a very common tool to measure weigh loss. However, it does not tell you how much fat you have lost or muscle you have gained. All too often we place all our hope in seeing the number on the scale go down. When we don’t see it move or it barely moves, it’s easy to get frustrated and feel like all the effort you are putting in is not making a difference.
The InBody allows us to dig in deeper and get scientific about what’s going on. A 45-second InBody scan will tell us how much of your weight is water, fat mass, and muscle mass. It will break it down ever farther and tell you how much lean and fat mass you have in each body segment.
When you come in for your scan you will get a print out with all your information as well as a coach who will go over what it all means.
