March into Health
To celebrate National Nutrition Month, Forward Fitness is challenging you to become healthier in the month of March. Join our March into Health Challenge and receive daily health related challenges to complete. In addition you get to enjoy weekly talks, be part of the private Facebook group, and get lots of nutrition information (including RECIPES).
- February 26: Last day to sign up
- February 27: Receive challenges for the upcoming week
- March 6: Receive challenges for the upcoming week
- March 6: Workshop 1– Leave the stress of the week behind and experience the calming effect of a free all-levels flow class Shanti at 6pm. Shanti is located at 7346 Manchester Rd. Suite #200 Maplewood, MO 63143.
- March 10: Workshop 2– Chris Bolyard at Bolyard’s Meats and Provisions at 6:30pm located at 2810 Sutton Blvd. Maplewood, MO 63143
- March 13: Receive challenges for the upcoming week
- March 19: Workshop 3– Suzanne, Forward Fitness’ registered dietitian will go over essential steps for a healthy life at 7:30pm.
- March 20: Receive challenges for the upcoming week
- March 24: Workshop 4– Kateri from Traveling Tea will delight us with the health benefits of tea at 6:30pm. Traveling Tea is located at 2707 Sutton Blvd. Maplewood, MO 63143.
- March 29: Last day to turn in challenges
- March 30: Announce winner
- Daily Nutrition and Wellness Challenges
