Join breathing experts Dave Wilton and Lucy Hendricks on Saturday February 20th from 10:15-12:15 to learn about all the benefits that come with bringing awareness back to your body. Breathing is the first functional movement we all learn as babies. As adults, we take it for granted and become disconnected with our own system. Not only is this a mistake for people just walking around, but it is a huge mistake for folks who are training and relatively active. Breathing is likely the missing puzzle piece to your training program. Learning how to breathe optimally will increase your fitness, your ability to recover, but most importantly it will enhance your quality of life! You will learn drills and exercises that can be easily implemented whether you work with clients or you’re seeking a healthier life.
