It’s no secret the past few years have been a challenge. Mental health and physical health issues have been on the rise. Let’s scratch that record and make 2022 your best year yet! You may not know where to begin, but that’s okay. We’re here to help!
Work with a coach and registered dietitian to create healthy habits to support both your mental and physical health and set you up for long term success. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, reduce stress, or find a supportive and positive community, this challenge is for you!
Over the 6 weeks of this challenge we will work to identify your goals, create realistic habits, and get results.
Our goal with this challenge is to help you create habits that you can continue once this challenge is over and not feel like you want to binge on a hamburger and fries.

- March 16 – How to Recover for Best Results
- Initial & Ending InBody with Goal Review
- Initial: Feb 11-15
- Ending: March 26-29
