The Road Warrior- Band Workouts

Forward Fitness is excited to announce that we created a solution for you those days when you can’t make it in to the gym! Whether you are traveling for work, vacationing, or just want to be at home, bands are a great option. They are lightweight yet can offer a lot of resistance. Bands can take the place of dumbbells and in some cases kettlebells. They don’t take up much space and are easy to pack.
The cost includes:
- 5 bands of varying resistance
- An e-book with over 25 band workouts
- Video links for each movement
- 1 band workout- optional (April 7th at 11am)
