Deadlift: The King of Strength

The King of Strength! No, I’m not talking about myself. It’s the Deadlift. There is no other strength training movement like it! In one lift you can work more muscles than any other exercises. When done properly it can be great. When done incorrectly it can instill fear into even the strongest of gym goers. In this workshop you will not only learn to deadlift, but deadlift with proper form with kettlebells, trap bars and barbells. Some of you will even find out you are stronger than you thought, and all because you had to correct just one thing about your form. Start your mastery of the deadlift with this workshop.

This is a hands on workshop so be sure to wear workout clothes. In order to allow everyone to practice their deadlift and get great tips to improve his/her deadlift, we are only opening this workshop to 6 people.
